Jocelyn Hupp\u00e9<\/p>\n

Born in St-Isidore de Clifton, Jocelyn always liked to work with wood.\u00a0 Growing up, he had a preference for manual tasks which brought him to train in woodworking.\u00a0 He was a carpenter for 23 years.\u00a0 He then worked on maintenance in a school.\u00a0 His son inspired him with his love of butterflies, which started me on collecting them and using them in framed artwork.\u00a0 Once retired, I got inspired by looking at different wood artwork on the internet.\u00a0 I then started making cutting boards using local and exotic woods.\u00a0 The color schemes came from the different woods, not stain. I use food safe products.\u00a0 In 2018, I started to experiment with wood turning and my first pieces were inspired by complex master\u2019s urns which I reproduced.\u00a0 Now I create pieces of my own.\u00a0 I love challenges, the more complex, the better.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
