Born in the Eastern Townships, I have always been interested in knitting, sewing and weaving.
When I lived in Ottawa for over 30 years, occupying a very demanding and stressful position within the public service, my yarn and needles were my pressure relief valve, my zen zone.
In 2013, I discovered, amigurumis, the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small, stuffed yarn creatures.
Currently, retired and back in the beautiful Eastern Townships, I am following my passion. hand knitting amigurumi, softies, dolls and plush toys. My creations are colourful and bring a smile to a child of any age, even a big kid.
